Lucknow: The Republic Day Run 2017 at SAI Regional Centre, Lucknow was conducted by Sports Authority of India, Regional Centre, Lucknow in collaboration of Ministry of Defence, Government of India on Wednesday. the start from SAI Sports Complex, Sarojini Nagar to Shanti Nagar, Sarojini Nagar and Sainik School and finished at SAI Complex. More than 2000 children of nearby schools, colleges and sports persons of SAI Lucknow were participated. The Officials from Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Lucknow were also participated. Eminent Sportspersons including Padmshree Arunima Sinha, (Divyaang) Mountaineer, Mr Syed Ali, Olympian, Mrs. Manjuma Koirasaka, Olympian were also invited on the occasion. Complete Band set of Uttar Pradesh Sainik School, Lucknow was present in the Run and made a success and purposeful of the Run. In the whole route of the run patriotic songs were singed by the participants with the National Flags in their hands. White colour T- Shirts with SAI Logo and Republic Day run 2017 were distributed to all the participants.
