Lucknow : Mr.Kumar Keshav , MD LMRC invited LMA members to visit the Lucknow Metro ,Transport Nagar Depot . Mr. Kumar and LMRC team welcomed the honorary members of the Lucknow Management Association ( LMA) .He gave the presentation related to the updates on LMRC works and their achievements till now. During the presentation Mr. Kumar Keshav said that LMRC team has completed the 8.5 km metro corridor and was ready for trials on 1st December 2016 in just two years and two month period which is a record in itself.

General Manager operations LMRC Mr. Sushil Kumar said about the features and facilities of Lucknow Metro. The features like Depot will consist of high- mast towers for lighting. Advanced Fire detection system with 8 smoke detectors, Combination of air cooled and water cooled chillers as Lucknow temperature rises in summers. Also advanced communication systems like CCTV’S cameras. This will be the first Metro in the country to provide roof top camera. Camera is provided for monitoring 25 KV catenary. There is a plan for setting up of solar plants at the rooftop of all depot buildings also with Rain water harvesting system.
